I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a fantastic ocean view, giving me the feeling of having two rooms in one on the higher floor. The service was top-notch, with welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff always ready to assist. The location was superb, right next door to the MTR and in a safe area like Sai Yi Pun, perfect for evening strolls. My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were shiny clean and convenient, offering a gorgeous view of the harbor from adjacent rooms. The service was mostly positive and the staff was keen to assist, although not very helpful in the evenings. The location was great for me, being close to family and next door to the MTR, although it's not right in the center.
